WE MAY HAVE SLOWED DOWN, BUT WE ARE NOT STOPPING!

August 8, 2017 by John Lancaster 2 Comments

Hey everyone, thanks for stopping by our website. If you have been following the adventures of Dcubed, you may notice that we have slowed down a bit. But don’t worry, we are not stopping!!! Dylan is entering 9th grade and very involved with the percussion team at his high school. He is practicing four nights a week and football games on Friday plus competitions over the weekends. Type 1 Diabetes will not stop us! Jack is working harder than ever to help keep Dylan’s BGC in a safe range.

As of right now Dcubed is planning on completing the 100 miles of hiking on the Appalachian Trail during the first week of October 2017. We have fifteen miles to go to complete the goal that Dylan set when he was 10. We will post more about that as we get closer to October. In the mean time, Dylan is working on something very exciting but we cannot unveil it yet. If all goes according to plan though this could be one of Dcubed’s biggest fundraisers EVER!! Be sure to check back here and follow us in social media to be among the first to hear the big news.

Chick-Fil-A

January 26, 2013 by Chris Marsden Leave a Comment

Dylan at Chick Fil AChick-Fil-A on Wynn Drive has been a huge fan and supporter of Dylan over the last several months. We’ve had several Spirit Nights, met some great people, and made a dent in Dylan’s goal to place Diabetic Alert Dogs with children that need them. It may be too late to join us for one of our Spirit Nights, but it is not to late to donate. And it’s definitely not too late to stop by and thank Joe for all his support!
