Empowering Kids with Type 1 Diabetes Through the Healing Bond of a Dog
Diabetic alert dogs for children
Your Gift Can Save
Lives
Every donation helps children with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) gain a life-saving companion, a diabetic alert dog (DAD). These incredible dogs are trained to detect dangerous blood sugar levels, providing safety, independence, and peace of mind for families.
Your support makes this possible. Together, we can ensure that no child faces T1D alone.
Our Impact
Cost Should Never
Prevent a Child From Getting Help
Dylan’s Stand: No family should have to choose between their child’s safety and financial stability. That’s why we’re committed to providing diabetic alert dogs at no cost to families in need.
How It Works
At Dylan’s Dogs for Diabetes, we believe every child with T1D deserves the safety and companionship of a diabetic alert dog. Here’s how we make it happen:
Pairing Families with Dogs: We work with breeders and trainers to match children with diabetic alert dogs.
Training the Dogs: Donations fund the specialized training these dogs need to detect blood sugar changes.
Empowering Families: We ensure families receive their service dog without financial burden.
